We work in partnership with our supply chain to consistently deliver outstanding projects on time in a safe and sustainable way.
Our supply chain strategy is designed to encourage openness, trust and collaboration. It is supported by our relationship guidelines to ensure that these aspirations underpin the way we work.
In addition to strategic partnerships with national suppliers, we engage with local businesses including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s), and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSEs) to support the communities that we work within.
We have aligned our procurement processes to ISO20400, the guidance standard for sustainable procurement and have developed a robust sustainable procurement policy that ensures we work with our supply chain to deliver sustainable outcomes and leave a positive impact at the end of every project.
We are partners to the Supply Chain Sustainability School which provides a free virtual learning tool for suppliers to assess and improve their knowledge of sustainability and to support our sustainable procurement objectives.
