We continually measure and improve our efforts with a ‘Healthy Site Score’ that captures and encourages positive activities such as carrying out regular health checks for everyone and having lunchtime working policies in place to make sure that everyone takes a break.

We employ strict Minimum Safety Standards so that everyone is clear of what is expected on our sites to keep our people, partners and clients safe. Sharing best practice is ingrained in our culture to make sure that we continually improve and do more of the things that contribute to proactive safety leadership.
We have achieved outstanding safety performance across a number of our sites, including over three years without a without a RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations) injury and five consecutive years of RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) Gold Awards.
