What our apprentices have to say
Meet Anna
Working for Taylor Woodrow has been a hugely positive experience. I have loved working on the projects that I have been on and working with so many incredible mentors. Taylor Woodrow, in my opinion, can only be described as one big and supportive family. I am also grateful for the amazing support and guidance from the team and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT); they are always available if I have any questions and have supported my career development and progression.
Meet Sami
I am a Civil Engineering student at the University of Bath. I recently completed a year-long placement with Taylor Woodrow. During my placement, I was assigned a variety of tasks from leading meetings with over 20 supervisors in attendance, to monitoring the deflection of a cantilevered steel canopy during its installation. The on-site experience significantly improved my understanding of the construction process, and the knowledge gained remains useful during my studies. In both formal meetings and informal discussions, I always felt like a valued member of the team, with my contributions genuinely acknowledged and appreciated. The supportive environment extended beyond my time on the projects, as members of the team still offer me guidance whenever necessary.
