CDM & Risk Management

The Technology Centre’s CDM team provides a range of consultancy services to promote effective risk management of construction projects and estate portfolios. In addition to the role of CDM Coordinator for building work, our multidisciplinary team also assists facilities managers to manage fire risk, resolve disabled access issues and monitor condition of building fabric and services. Our overarching objective is to ensure legal compliance whilst adding value to project and facilities management functions.

The services provided by the CDM team include the following services:

  • CDM Coordinator (CDM)
  • Fire Risk Assessments (FRA)
  • Disability Discrimination Act access audits and reporting (DDA)
  • Asset Risk Assessments of building fabric and engineering plant (ARA)
