Weekly Performance Indicators (WPIs)

Supply chain management operate a system which not only provides early warning of quality problems but also has added benefits in identifying trends, including improving standards and exceptional performance.

The system is based on the use of Weekly Performance Indicators (WPIs) and requires the Taylor Woodrow project manager on every site to report weekly on each supplier’s performance against standard criteria. The criteria is then transferred to a “Tracking Report” in which colour coding quickly highlights any under-performance or trends.

Using this information, Supply Chain and Category Managers are in a position to identify which packages require immediate support.
