Performance Reporting

Taylor Woodrow strive to have the best possible supply chain and carrying out performance reporting  supports our effective management of our supplier teams.

We currently measure key trades on all active sites, and mark performance on four main areas, namely:

• Health and Safety/Corporate Social Responsibility
• Planning and Delivery
• Commercial Management
• Quality

The different report sections are completed by members of the Commercial and Production teams including, but not limited to, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers and Production Managers.

Each supplier can see the results of their respective performance reports through their Supplier Online Platform account.
