In 2001 Taylor Woodrow invited three of UK’s leading building services contractors to join with the company in creating the Strategic Alliance Partnership (SAP). This collaborative initiative was driven by a desire to significantly improve the quality of service that was standard in the industry at that time.
The result was success for the partners involved and, more importantly, satisfaction for our clients, many of whom welcomed and encouraged the initiative.
Building on this success, a decision was taken in late 2005 to expand the Alliance to include the other key trades already working alongside the Alliance on numerous projects. In further developing our integrated supply chain, our stated objective was :-
“to be the best performing industry supply chain working collaboratively to deliver profitable solutions that benefit our customers and differentiate us from our competitors”
