With three phases to the project, and the project itself being the second for Taylor Woodrow Developments in Cardiff with Steve Vorres as Project Director, it is manifest that this study is truly about strategic partnering rather than one-off project partnering.

That the project is already an exemplar was confirmed by firstly the award of the regional NHBC ‘Pride in the Job’ award and secondly by entry into the National Awards where it received the NHBC Supreme Award for multi-storey development two years running – a fantastic tribute to Steve Vorres and his team.
