The SAP policy of fully integrating the building services partner into the project team from project commencement paid handsome dividends both in terms of value engineering in the pre construction stages – when the archaeologists were doing their work - and in the efficiency of the construction stages.

The result was a high quality project, delivered on time and on budget, which demonstrated the benefits of the SAP approach and generated a variety of innovations, which will continue to be developed as part of SAP’s continuous improvement process.
