Supply Chain Success

Last night, we won the Supply Chain Integration award at the Quality in Construction awards held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, London. The judges commented, “Taylor Woodrow can demonstrate measurably happier teams as a result of the extensive depth of integration of its
supply chain.”

Early involvement of our key suppliers has been fundamental to our success in order to address cost, safety and buildability issues before they arise. This enables us to achive optimum efficiency and eliminates foreseeable problems. This collaborative approach has resulted in genuine savings across our projects. One of which is the Heathrow T5 airfield project for BA, where we engineered out the requirement for an inner-skin block wall.
