Inspiring performance

Taylor Woodrow are proud to have their own Future Star.  Louisa Bennett, Quantity Surveyor, was shortlisted as a Future Star (QS) at the recent Atkins Inspire awards.

The Future Star category is aimed at individuals who have demonstrated significant personal achievement and have the ability to be role models in the future.
Atkins Inspire is an annual event in association with everywoman   to encourage, recognise and reward exceptional women working in the built environment.

When asked about working in the industry, Louisa commented; “I want to be an inspiration to other women in the industry, if I can do it, anyone can.” 

Orginally an administrator, Louisa’s tenacity and determination have seen her progress to becoming a Quantity Surveyor.

All the hard work isn’t over yet, although Louisa says she’s found her niche.  “I always knew quantity surveying would be a good career, and I’d love to manage my own team at some stage”.
