Latest Project Award

We are pleased to announce that Taysec Construction Ltd have been awarded a contract to design and build a multi-storey car park, in the Ghanaian capital Accra, for the Social Security and National Insurance Trust. The project is our latest award from this valued repeat order customer.

The seven-storey car park will provide parking for 800 cars and will incorporate shops, a restaurant and wash bay units. Other features will include internal and external lighting, automatic ticketing barriers, security systems and sprinkler protection.

Taysec have assembled a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and consultants to carry out the design of the structure and the entire project is expected to take 21 months to complete.
