Shona, Personal Assistant

I currently work with the Executive Board, supporting the delivery Director for the UK and Ghana.  My role is diverse and challenging, managing busy diary commitments, liaising with sites and clients. I especially enjoy it because I have a very good relationship with my Director, which helps me get the most of out my role. 

I am also in the process of completing a Foundation Degree in Business, which Taylor Woodrow sponsored. It’s been hard work but a brilliant journey and I’m looking forward to applying all the business theory at work!
