I am responsible for the delivery via direct reports and dedicated service providers of catering, cleaning, security, maintenance and help desk services to four major and six smaller buildings plus about two hundred retail and car repair buildings.

My role is to plan and control the activities within the buildings under my management and I try not to simply respond to day-to-day activity and coach my staff to do likewise.
