Our delivery team was designed with an inherent capability for managing small works as part of a dedicated team resource. This approach has achieved enormous efficiencies in planning, procurement, and delivery, by using the same resources and processes as routine maintenance activity.

This ensures consistency of product, service levels, and procedure, along with a single point of responsibility and seamless interface with maintenance activities. The team’s in-depth understanding of the LA Fitness portfolio ensures the level of services provided are appropriate to the demands placed upon the facilities and meets the expectations of the client.

By combining our small works programme with a schedule of planned maintenance, we are able to identify trends in equipment performance so that we can advise when it is more cost effective to replace an asset as opposed to continuing to maintain it. In the same way we are able to input this knowledge into future capital replacement.

Our intelligent analysis of maintenance data gives informed guidance to the running, replacement or ongoing viability of plant within the portfolio that supports the decision making process of the ongoing life expectancy of the property.
