Taylor Woodrow’s solution delivers a comprehensive FM service to agreed SLAs and within a Guaranteed Maximum Spend. With full control of the DSGi budget, Taylor Woodrow is able to deliver year on year savings; our original tender business model delivered a 15% saving against DSGi current level of spend in year one and we are committed to improve on this year on year.
Our service delivery model is dynamic to meet the fast changing retail environment and allows increases/decrease to the property portfolio to be accommodated with the minimum of effort.
Furthermore, by consolidating all FM related data onto one central database where previously it was maintained by a number of separate companies, we have enabled DSGi to benefit from significant savings in system maintenance and management costs
Our confidence in our ability to perform is underpinned by a profit at risk performance mechanism. As a result of good service delivery, DSGi have awarded the FM services to the corporate offices and distribution centers to TW under negotiation.
