Taylor Woodrow give you the opportunity to flourish in an environment that so many of us are new to.  They throw you in at the deep end, but there is always a safety net in case one stumbles or needs a helping hand.

Every student is assigned a mentor who is there to help you not only during placements but also throughout your years at university.

Working on site can be daunting but working with Taylor Woodrow is like a big family, there's always someone there to guide you, the encourage you to push the boundaries and the team socials are always good fun!
