I have been a part of Taylor Woodrow for just over a year and have enjoyed every moment. I was taken on by the company through their very successful trainee construction manager's scheme, which is running into its third year.

Taylor Woodrow allows you to become a key member of the site team, and is very keen for you to develop on a personal and professional level.

This particular scheme allows trainees to gain a HNC in construction management, whilst at the same time absorbing and experiencing site activities under the guidance of an accomplished construction manager.

I have found that everyone at Taylor Woodrow is always willing to spare a few moments to offer any help and support when requested.

Taylor Woodrow has helped me develop a diligent, professional and meticulous attitude towards my duties on site and I am keen to learn from the experience within the team in order to give myself the best possible foundation for an extremely successful future with Taylor Woodrow
