About the scheme

Programme Outline

Our scheme gives you the opportunity to study for a professional qualification in Construction Management (block release) or Quantity Surveying (day release).

You will need (or be expecting to gain) GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths and at least 240 A/AS level points or equivalent.

At the same time, you’ll work alongside a Quantity Surveyor or Construction Manager on a variety of different projects, gaining wide-ranging practical experience.

There’s constant support and guidance from your mentor, and the whole programme has been designed to get your career off to a flying start.
