I started work within the commercial team delivering total facilities management solutions to the O2 retail and corporate property portfolio.

Both an exciting and challenging environment, where I gained a varied experience of the FM industry from a commercial viewpoint.

Since then, I've been given my own project with commercial responsibility for delivering a FM service to a national chain of health and fitness clubs.

During my time as a sponsored student, Taylor Woodrow has been very supportive of my professional development, guiding my progress through the assessment of professional competence to qualify as an RICS chartered surveyor.
