I joined Taylor Woodrow directly from the Royal Navy where I had just completed a 2 year appointment as Commanding Officer of a mine hunter.

Taylor Woodrow’s approach to investing in its people has enabled me to develop my professional skills rapidly within a new industry. 

I was particularly fortunate in being sponsored to undertake a part-time Masters degree at University College London in the Interdisciplinary Management of Projects.  When I’m not working I enjoy taking my young son to watch rugby at London Wasps.
