Clarence Dock

Part of the Clarence Dock masterplan for regeneration, Taylor Woodrow have completed the construction of a mixed use project delivering 121 residential apartments,  along with 26,500 sq ft of offices, 20,000 sq ft of retail space and a 68,000 sq ft casino (shell & core).The contract also included landscaping works in Armouries Square and the Boulevard, using concrete pavers with granite and York stone trims, with granite seats installed around existing trees in the Boulevard.

This is the latest project for Taylor Woodrow at Clarence Dock, having previously completed the newest exhibition and conference venue for Leeds, Savile's Hall, named after the entertainment legend Jimmy Savile. Savile's Hall is located on Armouries Square, opposite the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds at Clarence Dock.

It took four years for the Hall to come to fruition and is a part of the million sq ft Clarence Dock Redevelopment, which offers 130 hotel rooms, with a further 650 within 5 minutes walk, a casino, exclusive retail and restaurant outlets and over 1000 prestigious waterfront apartments.
